Transferring files through FTP through Windows Explorer. - Details
When transferring files through FTP in Windows Explorer interface, you may receive the following error if you loose your user credentials during the file transfer process.

FTP Folder Error

An error occurred copying a file to the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to put files on the server.
Details:
200 Type set to I.
227 Entering Passive Mode (98,130,0,191,21,166).
550 Admin_Email.asp: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

--------------------------- - Recreate Issue
Transferring a lot files through an FTP window will sometimes cause it to loose your user credentials, and the error above will appear letting you know that there is an error/issue in the process. - Resolve Issue
To correct this error and to continue transferring files through your FTP account.
Right Click in the FTP Explorer Window
And choose [Login As]
And re-login to the FTP Site
This should clear up the issue so that you can continue to transfer files.
