While using Google Chrome to browse the internet, you might that your mouse cursor is flashing or disappearing while in Google Chrome, however, this does not happen in other browser windows. - Details
When surfing the internet using Google Chrome, you might notice at times, that the cursor has disappeared or is flashing uncontrollably.
When this happens, there is usually a easy quick fix or solution to the issue. - Recreate Issue
To recreate this issue.
When using Google Chrome, some flash based pages, can cause the Flash plugin in Chrome to malfunction. This is a known issue, and hopefully one day soon, it will be resolved. - Resolve Issue
To resolve this issue.
If you have several different tabs open, find the tab that is running Flash, and close it out. If you do not want to loose the page, then copy the url by
[Right Click] in the [Address Bar].
Choose [Copy]
Then [Close] the [Browser Tab].
Click the [+] on the Tab, to [Open] a new [Tab Browser]
Then [Right Click] in the [Address Bar]
Choose [Paste]
