    When you try to listen to streaming music or watch a streaming video in google chrome, you may not have no sound.
  • Details
    If you are trying to listen to audio in Google Chrome, and there is no sound, there may be an issue with the Flash player installed.
  • Recreate Issue
    To recreate this issue:

    the Flash Player some how got corrupt.
  • Resolve Issue
    To resolve this issue:

    Scenario #1

    * google chrome
    * Click the [customize and control wrench] in the top right corner.
    * Then chose the [Option] (or) [Options]
    * Click [Under The Hood] on the left side
    * [Privacy] "Click on [Content Settings]
    * [PLug-Ins] click on [Disable individual plug-ins]
    * you find ( Flash ) click on the Details button on the right of the page , you will see 2 items
    * press [disable] for this one [gcswf32.dll] and close then go to the youtube page its working now
    NOTES : If you have only one Flash item, disable and go to the adobe website and download the flash player for Google chrome.

    Scenario #2:
    If following Scenario #1, does not resolve this issue, follow the same information, except, you will want to [Disable] "Flash".
    Once you have Disabled Flash, close out and reopen Google Chrome and try to view a video and see if the audio is there.
