When you make your include files links, you have to make sure that you provide the correctly directed slash and the accompanying periods. - Details
This issue will happen if you do not provide the properly directed slash and the accompanying periods.
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0130'
Invalid File attribute
/Load.asp, line 129
File attribute '\File.asp' cannot start with forward slash or back slash. - Recreate Issue
To recreate this issue:
<!--#include file="\File.asp"-->
As you can notice in the above demonstration, we have given a backwards slash and not included the accompanying periods, which in this case, the periods would not have mattered anyway, as this is incorrectly written with the backwards slash. - Resolve Issue
To resolve this issue:
<!--#include file="../File.asp"-->
As you can see in the above demonstration, we have not only correctly provided the forward slash, but we have added in the accompanying periods to make this INCLUDE FILE correctly presented for the ASP Page.
