Lost internet around 10:00 PM EST; wouldn't find out until the following morning, around 5:30 AM EST.
Dated: June 25, 2626
On the phone with my ISP to determine that she had no clue why I was not able to get online. She could see my Modem on her side, but I could not get out.

I am talking again with another Technician over the phone, who actually knows what they are doing. We concluded that the WAN port on the Modem was bad, so we removed the bad Modem and connected my old T3200.
After a factory reset, I was able to go online. However, the Modem IP Address and Gateway IP Address had switched. He finally got it switched back, but subnet 255.255.255.248 was now 255.255.255.252, and there was nothing he could do about it. So, he placed an order for a new modem to be sent out.

Received a new modem, but it was not fiber-compatible.

Spent 1 hour and 35 minutes over the phone with a support person, and the IP Department wanted to assign me a new IP Bundle, and I refused. I informed the man that everything was working up until Wednesday, when I lost internet and had to swap modems, and that changing IP Addresses now, after setting up everything with Spam sites and Email providers, with my existing .2 IP Address, was not an option.
I told him that since the older Modem I am having to use at the moment was unable to pull the subnet correctly, maybe it was the Issue. So he placed a ticket and an order for a technician to bring me a new Fiber Modem on July 1, 2026.

Technician came out and stayed with me for nearly an hour today. We already knew that the old T3200 would not allow me to use the .248 subnet. While the Tech was on the phone with Windstream Tech Only support, he asked to do something that was not available on my T3200 Modem. The Tech went out to his truck, grabbed a new T3200 modem, connected it, and within 5 minutes, we were pulling all my Dedicated IP Config information.
The Old T3200 modem had outdated firmware and would not accept the new firmware, and the newer T3200 modem had the most recent firmware and was able to use the .248 subnet.
After 8 days, I am finally back online with my Servers, and my sites are live. This article is being written on the development server and will be uploaded to the live server later today or in the morning.
If you are with Windstream/Kinick Internet and have a Business account with a Static IP Block that is using the .248, then you will need to place the Modem in. (Read below on setting up your T3200 Modem)
Recreate IssueTry to use the T3200 modem to obtain the provisioned subnet that the ISP has set for the Business Account.

t3200 modem will not obtain to proper subnet mask of .248 from isp only shows .252
The Actiontec/Zyxel T3200 must have updated firmware to allow it to use anything other than the .252 subnet. If your firmware is older, you can find this out by asking the Support Tech you are on the phone with.
Issue Resolsed
Step One. If you received the T3200 Modem from FedEx or UPS.
You will have to call Windstream to give them the [Serial Number] and [Mac] Address.
(They may or may not ask for the Mac Address.)
