Recreate Issue
With Dell Systems, there is no clear reason this issue occurs, and it is really hard to narrow it down to its source. However, to recreate the issue.
[Setting NIC Properties to Recreate Issue]
  • Right click on the [Local Area Connection]
  • Go to [Properties]
  • Then click on [Configure]
  • Then click on the [Advanced] tab
  • Scroll down
Click on [Link Speed & Duplex]
  • Change its Value to: [100mbps FULL] or [100mbps HALF] or [Auto]
  • Click [OK]
You would think that Dell would have released a fix for this issue; however, after searching the internet, I was unable to find one.
