If you are experiencing issues with your Printer, it may require that you reinstall the drivers for the Printer.
Issue Details
If you are having issues or problems with your Printer, such as warning that the spool has crashed, then you might have to reinstall your printer drivers. This is a simple process as described below.
Recreate Issue
This issue may occur if the drivers are corrupted or if a duplicate driver is installed during driver installation, which causes the drivers to fail.
Resolve Issue
To uninstall the drivers, perform the following actions.


Go to [Start] then [Printer and Faxes]
(or)
[My Computer] | [Control Panel] | [Printer and Faxes][Right Click] on the Printer that you are experiencing issues with, and choose [Delete]
You will see the following dialog.

Are you sure you want to delete the printer 'Printer Name Here'?
Click [Yes]
You may encounter a duplicate printer after the initial Printer is deleted. In this case, perform the same as above, by [Right Click] and [Delete] of that duplicated Printer.
After you have successfully deleted the Printer, perform the following.
  1. Click on [Add Printer]
  2. When the dialog appears, click on [Next]
  3. Choose either [Local] or [Network Printer].
  4. The system will scan to find the Printer and install the drivers.
